Hotel Nacional Inn Ubatuba - Praia Das Toninhas, Ubatuba

My stay was quite disappointing. The room was in a very poor condition—dirty and with black mould in the shower. I felt the price of R$ 1000.00 per night was way too high for what I got. I ended up leaving after only one night instead of my planned two, and the lack of communication regarding my refund only added to my frustration. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Although the staff offered me another room for an additional cost, I chose to check out early.
